We identify bottlenecks to business and critical success factors, then devise appropriate solutions and strategies. We select partners, negotiate agreements, and manage projects. After portfolio companies reach agreed upon milestones, we facilitate investor exits.

Compensation


AfriCeuticals accepts professional service fees for our business development services from our entrepreneurs when we succeed in helping them with capital raises, and from our funding partners as we help them meet specified goals.


We share in new sales revenues from the products and services we have helped develop and market.


We co-own portfolio companies so our interests are aligned with our entrepreneurs and funding sources.

- Design clinical trials, market research, and quality controls;

- Attain regulatory compliance, efficient operations, and financial transparency;
