AfriCeuticals™ is a social benefit venture, incorporated in March 2011 as a Delaware C Corp to build a line of American branded pharmaceuticals that middle-class Africans can afford and trust. Our high growth, high impact focus is designed to benefit both consumers and investors.
Because half of African healthcare is paid for by individual consumers and 40% of drugs are counterfeit, AfriCeuticals is structured to provide fair pricing and stringent quality. We believe this strategy is the best way to reduce counterfeiting. Improving medicine accessibility and pricing transparency democratizes health, reduces corruption and enables the employed to keep working.
Instead of developing a high-overhead American corporation, we contract only the expertise required to build our brand and product sales. Aligning with existing, ethical African health enterprises is essential to our product distribution. It is African distributors and pharmacies that supply our products, so their healthy growth enables our ability to fulfill AfriCeuticals’ dual mission to serve our consumers and our investors.
